Hi, I’m Fletcher Hegarty, and I’m a Degree Apprent Hi, I’m Fletcher Hegarty, and I’m a Degree Apprentice at Genuine Dining! My journey so far has been incredibly rewarding and has given me the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. From gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment to working closely with experienced teams, every day has brought new challenges and learning opportunities that have helped me grow. Being part of Genuine Dining has allowed me to build confidence, take on responsibility, and develop a strong understanding of how the business operates, all while working towards my degree apprenticeship. I’ve had the chance to learn new skills, apply my knowledge in real-world situations, and push myself outside of my comfort zone. Outside of work, I’m a black belt in karate, which has taught me discipline, focus, and resilience that I bring into my role every day🥋 I’m extremely grateful for the opportunities and support I’ve received so far, and I’m excited to continue learning, developing, and growing alongside the talented and supportive team at Genuine Dining. This journey is only just beginning, and I’m looking forward to what’s next👀
Hi, I’m Mariam, and I’m a Degree Apprentice with C Hi, I’m Mariam, and I’m a Degree Apprentice with CMDA at Genuine Dining. My journey so far has been truly incredible and deeply rewarding. From being part of exciting and memorable events to working closely with and supporting chefs in the kitchen, every experience has helped me grow both personally and professionally. 💻 I’ve had the opportunity to create ideas, bring them to life, and implement them at my site, which has been extremely fulfilling. One of the biggest highlights of my journey so far has been creating my own brand and successfully launching it, something I never imagined I would achieve in such a short space of time.🎨 Over the past five months, I’ve learned an incredible amount, built my confidence, and discovered new skills every day. This journey has only just begun, and I’m excited to continue learning, developing, and growing alongside the amazing, supportive, and experienced team at Genuine Dining.
