  • Women’s hourly rate is 16.1% lower (mean) and 6.2% lower (median)
  • Top salary quartile has 55.1% female and 44.9% male
  • Upper middle salary quartile has 56.8% female and 43.2% male
  • Lower middle salary quartile has 68.2% female and 31.8% male
  • Lower salary quartile has 63.6% female and 36.4% male
  • Women’s bonus pay is 32.8% lower (mean) and 33.3% lower (median)
  • 3.0% of women and 4.2% of men receive bonus pay
